Description
Tesamorelin, is a growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue used clinically for the treatment of HIV-associated lipodystrophy. (In lipodystrophy, fat accumulates excessively both in the abdomen and in other areas of the body.) It is also being researched for its ability to improve peripheral nerve health, slow the progression of mild cognitive impairment/dementia, and the reduction of fat mass.

Side Effects
swelling of the hands, feet, ankles or lower legs, pain or numbness in the hands or wrists, tingling, numbness, or pricking sensation, redness, itching, pain, bruising, bleeding, or swelling at the injection site, itching, joint pain, pain in the arms or legs, muscle aches, stiffness, or spasms, vomiting, night sweats, difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep.
